Technical information

Indoor substrates previously coated in a two-pack paint, primer sealer or varnish:

  • Floors made of: concrete, cement coating and derivatives.
  • Wall surfaces made of: brick, concrete, cement coating, wall tiles, ceramic…

Can be applied as a primary and finishing coat on ceramic and wall tiles that are prepared and unpainted.

Is not suitable for tiled floors or for previous coats of one-pack products.

Our EPOXY AQUA can be applied in areas where food products are used, processed, and handled, in accordance with the Corrigendum to Council Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the hygiene of foodstuffs.

Our EPOXY AQUA is not lactic acid-resistant. Avoid using it in dairy plants, cheese plants, ...

  • Water-thinnable, odourless and non-flammable.
  • Isolates most water-soluble stains after carefully cleaning the substrate.
  • Excellent adhesion on previous coats of two-pack paint, primer sealer and varnish.
  • Ease of application.
  • Resistant to washing, abrasion, sporadic contact with vegetable and mineral oils, alkaline solutions and diluted acids.

With the 3 bases (W, M and TR), obtain a range of over 30,000 shades.

Our EPOXY AQUA contains an epoxy resin that ages differently and does not have the same whiteness as an acrylic resin. Tip: dye the product in a colour different to the one on the walls covered in acrylic paint.

Please be aware that the darker the shade, the weaker the chemical and mechanical resistance.

Ready-to-use.

On slightly absorbent substrates, dilute the first coat with approximately 5 to 10% water.

Do not dilute the product if you want to isolate a water-soluble stain.
