Peintagone is committed to collecting and processing the personal data listed in point 2 of the present and exclusively as part of the following purposes:

• To promote Peintagone activities and products, mainly via our website or sending out newsletters.

4. The conservation and protection of personal data processed by Peintagone

12. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

The present privacy policy is subject to Belgian law, where permitted under applicable legislation.

In the absence of a mutual agreement and where permitted under applicable legislation, any dispute arising from the execution or interpretation of the present privacy policy is solely under the jurisdiction of the judicial district of Namur (Belgium).
